This beautiful hand crafted home is located at the South end of Christina Lake, and is on a large, treed secluded lot, surrounded by attractions such as the Public Beach, baseball diamonds, tennis and pickle ball courts, children parks, basketball hoops, and within minutes away from food and beverages, ice cream, personal shopping, and the Christina Lake Welcome Center.

This affordable family rental is for people who are clean, quiet, and mature. Absolutely no parties.

Brand New Kitchen with Island and fully furnished including Keurig and many extra appliances
Living room area with 3 couches
Wifi is included as is TV with Netflix, Crave, Prime but no cable television
A/C or Heat (you have your own thermostat)
Moorage available for 1 boat and Lots of parking with room for boat trailer
Deck with propane BBQ and plenty of room for outdoor games on the lawn
Beach varies in size due to water levels. The beach is 200 feet wide. Water is crystal clear with no duck itch.
Private Entrance – Owners live on the first floor of the home and will be there while renters are there.
No Laundry facilities at this time but you can throw in a load or 2 upstairs in our laundry if need be.

All coffee and espresso are sourced locally from Oso Negro located in Nelson B.C, and ground fresh in-house every day. Come try out our signature Eggs Benny and other delectable food items here on our sunny patio, inside the welcome centre, or even take it to go!
