The citizens on patrol have been building the membership and agreeing materials such as a reader board (speed monitor) and display material, they have helped with recruitment and with assisting the RCMP by being additional eyes and ears for the community. Their main focus is during the months of July and August when patrols are undertaken at night by pairs of volunteers. A reader board is used during the year to monitor drivers rate of speed in areas such as the school and park zones. Please contact Citizens on Patrol if you are interested in volunteering.
